Our Oktoberfest menus are a tribute to Bavarian festival culture: generous, handcrafted, and full of beloved dishes that have been at home on the Theresienwiese for generations. With house-smoked cured ham, cold roast pork, spicy “Zipfl” sausages from our in-house butchery, Stiftl’s meat loaf, liver sausage, cooked salami, vegan spread, radishes, butter, creamy Obazda (Bavarian cheese spread), Bavarian hard cheese, crackling lard spread, cherry tomatoes, cornichons, pretzels and crusty farmhouse bread
Per ordered person: 1 pretzel and 1 slice of crusty bread

Each menu is rounded off with our sweet classic, “Bio-Bayern Topfenrahmstrudel” from the organic bakery Gürtner –
winner of the “30 for 30” initiative.

As a vegetarian alternative, we offer hand-scraped organic spinach spätzle with creamy mushroom sauce.
